Molly Phayer / Customer Success Manager, rasa.io

Molly is originally from New Orleans, LA. She went to the University of Georgia in Athens and majored in Art History. After college, she worked for a furniture company as a Sales Manager and Showroom Coordinator. In that position, she learned many transferable skills that she was able to bring to rasa.io. Her favorite parts of managing customer success at rasa.io include setting goals with clients and seeing those goals be exceeded. She loves when a client is even more surprised with what rasa.io can do for them than they originally thought. She is also a key player on the product development team. She loves to vacation in Chicago (especially in the summer!) and North Carolina.

Jamie is an author, consultant, and culture strategist at PROPEL, where he helps leaders create amazing workplace cultures that drive greater performance and impact. He brings thirty years of experience to his work designing and managing culture, and has specialized along the way in areas like conflict resolution and generations. Jamie is the co-author of three books—Humanize, When Millennials Take Over, and The Non-Obvious Guide to Employee Engagement—and holds a Master’s in conflict resolution from George Mason and a certificate in Organization Development from Georgetown, where he serves as adjunct faculty.
